For permanent roles, this is how we price:

 

  • Only 15% fee – against a salary – (not against OTE or any benefits).

 

  • We do not offer a rebate period, as is typical within the recruitment industry…. we do things differently and offer a better alternative. Once the candidate has successfully completed the recruitment process and starts their career, we then break our invoice into SIX MONTHLY PAYMENTS. 

 

  • Payment is made on completion of each month your new employee works for the next 6 months. This mitigates any risk involved with using our services as recruiters and means you cannot “lose” money through our recruitment process.

 

  • We will never ask for exclusivity – We believe we are good enough to be your preferred recruiter.
